Our privacy policy applies only to our web site and not to sites that may be linked to ours. You should refer to those sites' own privacy policies to learn how they collect and use information.
Return Policy:
Hopscotch Designs Offers Customers a "No Risk Return Policy"
At Hopscotch Designs we pride ourselves on a unique and high quality product, whether it's an item we design and make ourselves or select for resale, thus we truly believe you will be pleased with the products and services we provide. We understand, however, that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons and to make it easier, we have a no-hassle return and exchange policy. If the item you receive is not right, whatever the reason, return it to us within 30 days and we will promptly refund your money or exchange it for something else. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition. All items must have their original tags in place and be in unworn, unused and undamaged condition. If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will, of course, pay the shipping costs.
In order to return an unused item, you will need to email our customer service department at info@hopscotchdesigns.com, tell us your order number, reason for return, items being returned, and request a Return Authorization number (RA#). Please make sure to include the RA# on the returned box. Please return all items to the following address:

All refunds will be for merchandise only, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.
Shipping Policy:
When completing your order, you will have the option to ship items to one or multiple addresses. Delivery charges are based on the total merchandise shipped to each address.
Hopscotch Designs offers a choice of shipping options at check-out. Your final shipping cost will be calculated automatically at check-out.
International Orders
Hopscotch Designs does not currently offer international shipping. Please contact us directly at info@hopscotchdesigns.com if you have questions.
Privacy of Our E-mail Lists:
Hopscotch Designs maintains e-mail lists, but only of those individuals that have specifically opted to receive updates and other information from us. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our lists to anyone.
If you send us e-mail with a question or comment, we will use your e-mail address only to respond to you. We will store your e-mail, e-mail address, and a copy of our response for archival purposes only. We will archive such information only for the length of time necessary to fulfill these archival purposes. At the conclusion of such time, we will delete such archived information.
Correction and Update Policy:
Please send us an e-mail at info@hopscotchdesigns.net to ask us for any information we may have collected about you during your visits to our site. You may also use that address to correct and/or update information that we may have on file.
Delete/Deactivation Policy:
If you wish to completely delete any personal information you submitted to Hopscotch Designs, you may do so by contacting us at info@hopscotchdesigns.com. We will notify you of our receipt of your request. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to functionally delete all such information from our database within five working days from the date of the receipt of your request. Please note that it may be impossible to delete a user's entry without some residual information because of backups and records of deletions.
